Car is clean and runs great! But the AC doesn't work so I was sweating during the day.

The host was quick to respond and the delivery/return was smooth. Last time I came to Hawaii I also booked with the same host because I had a really good experience. Unfortunately this time, this Miata happen to have no AC, only fan with no cold air coming out. We booked for 5 days and 5 days it was very hot. The host offered us to book their other SUV after we picked up the car or return the car and cancel. But the whole point was to drive a convertible on our vacation and they didn't have one. I'm disappointed because I felt that the host should have checked and fix this problem before delivering to their customer. At the end, I still paid the full amount for half of the service I paid for.
Sorry for the inconveniences, unfortunately the AC went out during your trip. We tried our best to remedy the situation by canceling with a full refund or switching cars, but since you decided to keep the car we were unable to issue a full refund. I do apologize if the remedies are not satisfactory.
