Great car, great A/C for the heat! Very communicative. Very clean! When picking up, make sure you screen shot instructions because service might be unreliable. Pick up location was confusing only because I didn’t do that. John was great!

The car was fantastic and worked great, the snorkeling gear and chairs were great to have for a great price, and the owner was very receptive. It was quite inconvenient to have to pick the car up from the house and have to pay for a lift to get to and from the airport. I would second-guess doing this process again.

Sorry the Lyft ride was inconvenient for you. After traveling with luggage, having to take an additional ride can be frustrating. I want to clarify that the vehicle’s pickup location & the need to arrange transport were explained in advance. I also gave you the option to have the car at the airport, and you chose to have it at my home instead. My house is about five min from HNL. Many guest have found airport pickup quite inconvenient (lost of walking and an added hassle.
