Upon arriving to pick up our rental vehicle at the scheduled time, the car was not yet ready. We were informed that the vehicle was still being retrieved from the airport, which resulted in an approximately 30-minute delay. After the vehicle arrived, there was an additional 30-minute wait while it was cleaned and refueled.
As a result, we did not receive the vehicle until about an hour after our designated pickup time. While the staff members were courteous, respectful, and professional throughout the process, the delay significantly impacted our schedule. We had reservations planned for later that evening and ultimately arrived late due to the extended wait.
We appreciate the kindness of the employees, but we hope improvements can be made to ensure vehicles are ready at the scheduled pickup time to avoid similar inconveniences for future customers.
