the car was absolutely amazing. The owner was responsive and very helpful. Absolutely recommend if you come to Honolulu and want to explore the island. Also the pick up/drop off location is absolutely perfect!

This car is a danger on the road!! It was extremely dirty and in an extremely bad condition. A nightmare! I walked most of the time, instead of using the car, to feel more secure!!! The lid to put gas in the car was even tapped up to make it stay in place. The host suggested I return the car at the airport, that was his solution for the discomfort I had towards the car!! The host never showed up and the key was on the tire when I arrived to the airport!! Worst experience ever!!

We take quality seriously; this Mustang passed a safety inspection before your trip. Upon your first complaint, we immediately offered to retrieve the vehicle and cancel the booking. Tellingly, you refused to return the car, choosing to keep it for your entire trip while continuing to send hostile, threatening messages. High-performance sports cars require a level of driving familiarity that may not suit everyone, but there is no excuse for abusive behavior toward hosts. Pick up is contactless.

Had an amazing experience with Rochelle! The Convertible Mustang is an all-time epic Hawaiian ride and perfect for this trip. Pick up location was flawless and super easy to access. Rochelle is a fantastic host. Definitely rent from her if you get the chance.!
