Great communication and wonderful car.

They were a half-hour late with having the car ready and never even gave a heads up. I messaged them and they said "it is still being prepared". It's a company that owns a lot of cars that they Turo with. As a result they have many people on the chat and no one really knows what's going on or anything about the specific car.
Upon picking it up, the windshield glass was ridiculously distorted. I don't know if it was a chemical reaction with a wax or something they had used but it made you dizzy to look through. Not enjoyable to drive it for that reason. I tried to wash it and scrub it and it wouldn't fix the distortion. Never seen that before but the windshield needs to be replaced. When I brought this to their attention, they seemed to have no idea (even though anyone who gets in that car would realize).
After the trip they sent messages (probably automated) asking for me to bring any issues to them before mentioning it in a review so they can make it right first. I did so and was told they'd "send it to the proper team". Then a day later I got a message saying the rental chat "was closed". I inquiried again about if they were going to do anything to make it right as they suggested. Then someone messaged and said that, yes, it's getting reviewed still. Again, the next day, I received a message asking for a review because "no review is considered a bad review".
It was at this time that I gave up on waiting and wow this. Not a bad car itself, but poor weekend condition and was not ready at agreed upon time.

I had a great experience! Highly recommend. Super easy to pick up and drop off car. Just make sure you add time to your itinerary for finding parking and walking to your terminal.
