Had problems at pick up with the sound system not working and the touch screen malfunctioning. Took us an hour to be able to drive off the lot, mechanic and detailers were very helpful and kind, other wise I’d leave a lower rating. Found a single false eyelash glued to the back seat 🤢

Pickup instructions not delivered when rental started. Car in pictures not same as the one I rented so it was confusing to try to find the right car. Car was not well cleaned, trash in multiple places. When I tried to get help the host didn’t pick up the phone, when the eventually did respond to me they made me stay in chat, weren’t willing to call me to talk live until I asked about 5 times. Car did operate with no issues

I had an amazing time with the car me and my best friend enjoy the car around the island. We love the convertible and the car was easy to drive. I would definitely give my business again.

Overall the vehicle was nice and good but there was a few issues that came up right away. I reached out to the host and they did offer to switch us into another vehicle, but since none of the issues were of a really big immediate concern and our trip was only two days as well as jam packed busy, I didn’t actually end up switching the vehicle.
Issues with the vehicle were stuttering and idling rough as well as the brake rotors feeling warped, which was causing a lot of vibration during braking.
I was happy with the host solution to try switching us into another vehicle and if my trip was longer than two days, I would’ve definitely taken them up on this option.
