I rented this car expecting a smooth and enjoyable vacation with my family, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The first issue was with the child car seat — it was incomplete and could not be properly secured. Although the host eventually resolved the problem, we had to wait for about two hours, which significantly impacted our plans.
Later, while driving on the freeway at around 50 mph, the “hood open” warning suddenly appeared. We later found out the sensor was faulty, but we were not informed about this ahead of time. This was both stressful and concerning from a safety standpoint.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend this vehicle, and I hope the host improves communication and ensures the car is properly checked before future rentals.

We sincerely apologize regarding the child safety seat. We were not aware that it was missing a part. Once this was brought to our attention, my wife went to Target to purchase a replacement immediately.
The issue was resolved in approximately 30 minutes, not two hours. Additionally, the hood latch sensor has also been repaired.
We appreciate your understanding and apologize again for the inconvenience.
