carplay wasn’t working and cockroaches in the car

I had a hiccup with my original car (nail in tire upon pickup) and they were able to swap me out to a new car. It took a bit of time but they were professional throughout the entire ordeal. I would still use them again!

Car quality was clean! Needed an extra item and was easy to communicate and get to for pick up. Comfortable car, fuel was good basically fully tank, not noisy car, quick reply, polite group, thank you so much for the ride!
