Worst’s experience Ive ever had ! first of all they changed the car I reserved the day i was gonna arrive so I didn’t have time to check out the reviews ..As soon as i got in the car it smelled really bad like pee and humid i thought it was just the Humidity in Hawaii I arrived to my Airbnb and parked the car till the next morning i go get some food and put it in the back seat and when i arrived back i opened the bag with my food and like 5 roaches come out crawling everywhere and then i go check the car and its infested they were everywhere crawling on the dashboard and under the seat i contacted turo asking for an exchange at this point i was freaked out and disgusted and didn’t wanna drive the car !! I was very disappointed that they didn’t wanna go pick up the car and exchange it for another one they made me drive it to their lot …I requested a refund for the two days that were left for the rental i was able to do it on the app it changed for a day but the next day the amount was the full amount for the 4 day rental price this is the worst experience i will no longer be using this app to rent a car !! They’re useless its a scam
