Car was dirty on collection, roof not latched, wheel badly buckled and cracked. Collection location and directions were impossible to follow- we spent 45 mins trying to collect and drop back due to bad directions. Also had to pay an additional fee to get out of parking building and concerns were not addressed in a timely manner.

You were actually the one that left the rim cracked, and you admitted to it from a pothole🤣
We sent very very specific instructions on how to find the parking lot. I am sorry that they were confusing to you. We don’t have that problem with other guest.. also the fee you had to pay has nothing to do with us. That is a Turo policy, which is told prior to booking.

Overall Brady was a great host to work with! Unfortunately our overall experience was not why we had hoped for, but it was nothing that was Brady’s fault directly. This was our honeymoon trip and we wanted to make it as memorable as possible.. Communication was excellent and clear. The main issue was the car had a severely damaged wheel from a previous guest, Brady was very very understanding and made it clear we would not be held responsible for the damage, unfortunately the damage to the wheel created a lingering thought and fear that the tire would blow out and we were not able to enjoy the full benefits and experiences of having a convertible Corvette on our honeymoon and we were left using Ubers to get around and drove the car minimally and the cost of doing so ate into our honeymoon budget significantly.. Pick and Drop off location was clear, as far as host is concerned, the Airport needs better signage but that is not Brady’s fault. All that being said still feel Brady and the soon to be repaired Vette deserve the benefit of the doubt! Would not hesitate to book with him again in the future, as I am confident he is a quality host.

Car was a great experience. Made a last minute booking, but the car was still clean and ready to go. The host was professional and accommodating. Would like to do again and recommend to anyone
