This was my first Turo, and a great experience. Car was in great condition, ran well, exceptionally clean! Having a convertible was awesome to see the island (my wife got to enjoy this more so while I drove!). Hosts were friendly, communicated quickly, and very friendly! As much as this is a “car rental”, chatting with Steve shows how this service is definitely enhanced by renting from the right people. Thanks, Steve and Zhuying!

Overall the car was nice and comfortable but it had no Bluetooth or aux. then reaching out to owner they wanted me to pick up an adapter which probably should’ve been in the car to begin with. But also me having to go out my way to pick it up was a an inconvenience.
