The car was dirty, unkempt and had visible damage on bumpers side panels and all around the car dings and dents. The interior was dirty. Post made me keep the car for one full day instead of allowing me to cancel the trip. I imagine they have way too many cars and not enough people to detail them. Brakes were squeaking like crazy as well. I wouldn't rent this car ever again.

Trunk get stuck shut a few times (we had things in the trunk which was frustrating). Keys are difficult to use (aka. need to be changed). Car said key battery needed to be changed throughout trip; tried to replace myself but 711 did not have the right batteries; these types of things need to be addressed. Car came with dirty windshield.

Great service and clear instructions. Car had a lot of scratches which had to be documented but for the price of the rental this was a great deal.
