Overall experience was good once we got the car, although our vehicle was changed last minute and had some concerning reviews, it ended up being a fun convertible. It drove smoothly and was easy to drive! Appreciated the quick customer service, transparency about the bug/roach issues in Hawaii (we only saw 1) and constant communication however it was really hard to locate the car with pretty vague instructions initially which made the start pretty stressful as we were walking everywhere with out luggage to find it. Once we found it there was some trash in the car from the previous trip. I’d use this service again knowing where cars are usually parked now!

3 for 3 with la auto. although they don't have the shuttle service anymore, the cars and service is great as expected.

When you see the red flags pay attention!! The vehicle wasn’t too bad with in inside but when I rented it, it was nothing like the picture! It was very very dirty on the outside. The rims looked like it drove through tons of mud. I would thought they would have atleast ran it through a car wash. It as nothing like the picture. 2ndly, The vehicle was not easy to find. I had to message the host numerous of times asking for direction. This is a thing that should have already been sent out atleast a hour benefits pickup. 3rdly, the top did not work. Which was the whole purpose of me renting the car. Lastly, for me to go to a local store just to purchase a charger that goes inside a burner for $30 that I will probably not use again was very inconvenient. No charger socket no a phone holder. No, these things aren’t required at all, but it would atleast help the customer be more aware if it’s already in the description.

My experience with LA auto spot was incredibly disappointing. Our trip started with getting notified an hour before our car was supposed to be ready that they were switching us cars last minute. While this wouldn't be an issue normally, however they not only switched us with a much less nice vehicle (I'll get into that) and then expected me to be able to drop what I was doing to respond quickly. Both my husband and I had to go through the license photos all over again. Mind you, I was on a plane and it is ridiculous that they proceeded to make this my issue. They sent me messages that I needed to message back and upload my license in a timely manner or else my booking would be canceled or I wouldn't have a car at my original booked time. What if I didn't have my phone or internet? Not to mention it was extremely inconvenient to have to worry about while feeling sick on a plane. And like I said, they gave us a worse car but tried to only refund $38 until I called Turo and fought on the phone.

When we received the car, it had scrapes, rips in the corners of the seats, reeked of weed, had marks on the seats, and had no mats at your feet which made it incredibly difficult to clean and vacuum out so that we wouldn't get charged a fee.

I am not sure yet if we have been charged due to slight sand and mud, however I hope we do not as we spent lots of time vacuuming and spent $25 on a car wash. However, due to recent rain it is impossible to avoid mud on the car and sand is also unavoidable.

Lastly, the return process was so confusing as you have to go through one specific ticket gate in the parking garage. We wasted so much time going around and around.

Overall, I found our experience to be awful both with the process and the quality of the car. I wouldn't recommend
