Car was a little dirty...for example there was grass stuck very visibly to the front wheel arch area. Not a deal-breaker for me but not impressive if you're looking for something that impresses.
Biggest problem was that the pickup location unclear. Lost an hour and missed an appointment because of it. Nothing offered in response.
On the bright side, hosts were responsive.

Was easy pick up .. and drop they take pictures from start and end of trip and I was allowed to drop it off early too .. easy choice with theses guys, no fuss
