Car was great. Pick up location was convenient to Waikīkī hotels. Comfortable ride and nice to have to roof down when it’s sunny.

We had a good experience with our rental, coordination, etc., and the car drove well. The car was in a little rougher exterior shape than depicted—noticeable paint scraping on front and rear ends that appeared to be from either a fender-bender or bumping into something, and also was somewhat dirty. The inside of the car had substantial sunscreen and sweat stains on the seatbelts, and some (to a much lesser degree) on the armrests and panels, as well as sand on the dashboard. This is a Hawaii rental for people exploring beaches, etc., so this is to be expected and not overly problematic, but we thought it probably should have been cleaned up a little better before dropping it off to us. Only other issue item was that the front driver’s side tire was well under pressure by day two our rental, at 26psi, which turned the dashboard caution light on, warning us to limit our speed and put air in the tire. We did this immediately at a Hele gas station, at our own expense, to the car’s recommended front wheel psi of 34, and were a little late to a reservation. All in all—good experience, great driving convertible with great features etc., great communication. Only way it would have been better is if a bit cleaner and if the tire pressure had not been an issue.

This was such a cool car to drive around Hawaii. We have the same car at home but to have the convertible on vacation made it all worth it. Super clean and no issues. Was willing to meet us early and made the pickup/ drop off extremely easy.
