I was extremely disappointed with this rental. When I received the car, it was very dirty, sticky, and clearly had not been properly cleaned or prepared for the next guest. The inside was in an unacceptable condition, and the outside of the vehicle was dirty as well.
The rims had significant curb rash, and there were multiple scratches in the paint. Overall, the vehicle was not presented in the condition I would expect from a Turo rental. For what I paid, I expected the car to be clean, well-maintained, and ready to use. Instead, it looked like it had been handed over without any proper cleaning or attention to its condition. This was a very disappointing experience, and I would not rent this vehicle again.
