I had such high hopes for this car. Unfortunately, this rental was a bit rough! Dirty at pickup - and not just from rain, but clearly not well detailed - with sticky seats, interior handprints and smudges. Driving it, the car needs servicing - a WiFi unavailable message popped up on the screen a dozen times during the drive, the interior microphone is broken (so can’t make calls or even give voice input), tires that feel out of balance, and the car has a roughness to it that’s frankly appalling on a 2 year old Audi with only 21k miles. I would not choose this car again.

Reserving the car was a breeze! They had amazing communication from start to finish with the whole process and the price was very fair! Jeff went above and beyond and even was able to return a lost purse I forgot in the vehicle. I would definitely rent from Jeff and his team again.
