Car was good got us to all the locations we wanted to go. We wanted the roof to work but unfortunately it broke while math was trying to show us how to open it he was nice he offer us a discount for it

Matthew was great! He was very clear with directions and his communication timing was on point. Pick up location was good even though at dropout we did have a walk a lot cause we departed from terminal 2 and parking had to be at terminal 1 so if you’re on terminal 2 or 3, I’d recommend going with some extra time. For the most part we also had problems opening the roof but it did work a few times and we were able to enjoy the convertible. Besides that, the car was a bit dirty when we first got it but it did its job and took us everywhere in the island.
Aloha, I personally cleaned and inspected this vehicle prior to the trip and did not observe any cleanliness concerns. I also verified the convertible top is functioning properly as intended.
