Nats flying around but other then that I love the car needs vacuum

Car was not clean, had old food in the vehicle and gnats were flying EVERYWHERE( I had to clean the car out myself which isn’t my responsibility unless I caused the mess), did not have gas, communicated this with the owner and he blamed the previous driver. Even though this is true, it is the owners responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is ready for the next driver.
