Car was Clean!! Definitely if I need a car again, I will book here. Communication was amazing. 5 STARS OVERALL!!

Car was as described. No issues during my rental. Only thing that can be better would be the communication and information regarding start and end pick up and drop off of the journey. As I am not from Florida, I was not familiar with the parking structure and I needed more details and in a more timely manner. This seems like an easy fix moving forward. Once this is resolved, should be 5 star.

Vehicle was not at location for scheduled pickup. Owner blamed that people had not picked up vehicle at scheduled time previously as if I had something to do with that. Apparently if you don’t share flight info there is no expectation to honor commitment on his end. Most baffling rental experience I’ve had. Still has no problem promoting other business objectives…
