Initially, the host was very nice. Within our first hour of our trip we didn’t even make it 2 miles before the convertible hood stopped working with a mechanical issue. I contacted the host immediately and he came to help (we were only down the street from the pick up location). Our tripped ended within the first couple of hours after the host retrieved the car and put in a claim

Good value and nice host. Horn didn’t work, Bluetooth didn’t work, check engine light on and oil change warning. Car ran well and was super clean.
