My whole trip was ruined… A roach was just crawling on my newborn bby in the backseat. Upon further inspection the car is infested with roaches and eggs and rodent feces. I have multiple videos. I had the throw out all my food in the trunk and now I’m debating about the clothes. The car also stalls when you try to accelerate and the host is not considerate at all.. this is a 2014 not 2024 nothing is automatic .
I am very sorry about charges for refuling of my car! Please next time return my car full of gas to avoid extra fees for refuling it up to full tank! You have a wonderful weekend

Hi, I paid $80/day and expected a vehicle in much better condition. The car I received has visible wear and does not match the listing. I noticed there were better options available on Turo for the same price. I would like to request a partial refund or compensation.

Car wasn’t equipped properly. I got a flat tire due to owner’s negligence of not having proper alignment for the car. Then when try to put the “spare tire” there’s no jack, and the spare was worst than the actual tire; bald and wires hanging out. And when informed owner she stated that there was 4 new tires and alignment was done mean while at the tire shop the professionals are telling me otherwise.
I am very sorry so I have to charge you for refuling of my car. Next time please return my car with full tunk. Have a wonderful weekend
