I used the vehicle to my daughter to her 8th grade prom. I was able to get her there and back with no issues.

I returned the car early due to safety concerns. The transmission felt like it was skipping and every time I let off of the break, the car stuttered and jumped. Windshield was cracked in two places. Engine was making noise when sitting in idol that didn’t sound right. Car definitely needs to be serviced. Interior could definitely use a good detail. Driver seat was also ripped. Sunroof would not open because of the fabric being torn up and loose and hanging down. A lot of little small dents all around the car. Pick up and drop off was easy but will never use this vehicle again.
Thank you for your feedback. This is a 2020 vehicle, not a brand-new car, so normal cosmetic wear is expected on a 6-year-old vehicle. The car is regularly maintained and safely operated before and after your trip. Some statements in this review are exaggerated and do not reflect the actual condition of the vehicle. Any visible cosmetic imperfections were shown in the listing photos. I’m glad pickup and return were convenient and wish you the best in future rentals.
