Car was awful constant bouncing in need of engine mounts or suspension work not to mention the random charge for refueling despite dropping off with a full tank will never rent with them again if I could give 0 stars I would.

No concerns were reported during your trip, and the car successfully passed checks before and after the rental. Any mechanical issue would have been handled right away. The refueling fee was based on post-trip review; we can gladly go over it and share proof if needed. We stand behind the quality of our vehicles and service and are always open to reviewing concerns.
