Overall, the car drove well and the host did communicate throughout the process. The only issue was the pickup experience, as there were delays and a change in pickup location that resulted in me receiving the vehicle later than scheduled. The exterior of the car also could have been a little cleaner upon pickup. Other than that, the trip went smoothly overall.
