I cancelled this reservation because the guest had rented another one of my vehicles the day prior and returned it an hour late with evidence of smoking inside. Powder had also been spread throughout the interior in an apparent attempt to cover the odor, requiring additional cleaning. Based on that experience, I was not comfortable renting another vehicle to this guest and cancelled the new reservation.
Jonathan is great. The car was great always great customer service would give 10 stars if I could.
