Host was awesome, so responsive and communicative ♥️ I didn’t realize it was a hybrid so the auto engine turn off when you stop took me by surprise 🤣 interior had a smell when picking up but cleared for the most part by the end of the trip

Thank you for booking with us. You were great. The hybrid engine helps you save on gas. We try to spray the car with an air freshener because a lot of strangers do use the vehicle. So sorry the smell was not something you enjoyed. We appreciate all tips and we will take them in into consideration.
My only complaint was that I couldn’t ever get the car to lock and unlock but the car was great otherwise and the host was lovely. And the location was convenient, safe and easy to find
