The host was AWESOME! The car runs great!

My experience with the car was very poor. When picking up the vehicle, it was dirty, and there were bird droppings on it. Inside, the floor mats were also dirty, and there was a lot of dust on the steering wheel and dashboard.
Then, at higher speeds—above 50 miles per hour—there was a strong vibration, with the steering wheel and seats shaking, along with a strange noise coming from under the wheels. In my opinion, the car is technically defective and should not be in service. This vehicle should never be rented out due to the emotional stress we experienced over the past 3–4 days.
As for the host who rented the car, he completely ignored my complaints. After i started complaining about the shaking of the vehicle, he told me to vacuum the car and return it. I believe this is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible of him, and this person should be removed from the platform.
There is nothing wrong with this Toyota Corolla. We received serval speed warning up to 100 miles per hour. That’s much over the Chicago highway speed limit. This is unacceptable behavior. This is not a race car . It’s an economic car. Very bad experience.

I had a great experience with this Turo host! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress-free. The host was amazing, very responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with.
The car was in excellent condition, clean, and ran perfectly the entire time. No issues at all, which made my trip that much better.
