It was not a smooth car booking There is room for improvement in the booking process.
Hey Randall, it would’ve been more helpful if you specified what was not smooth or what needed improvement. The “booking process” for the most part is handled by Turo aside from any questions you may have for the host. I sent you a long welcome message with the check in process at the start of your trip, and another message before you checked out explaining the check out process. You didn’t even respond to me or express any concerns so I assumed your trip was going well.
