This was my very first time using Turo and being in Hilo Hawaii! The Car was clean and ran good! The seat belt alarm occasionally goes off even with all seats buckled but besides that no issues! Great on gas! And Nova was reliable, on time, and communicative! Car was parked right outside my hostel which made it an easy pick up! If you’re planning on going to Mauna kea this car won’t be able to make the trip due to not being AWD or 4x4 but everywhere else she will get you there!
Would recommend to a friend and definitely rent again!

The car was great for the price! Small but fits four people and bags and is easy to park. A couple of this to note: the seatbelt sensor for the drivers seat doesn’t always register when a seatbelt is buckled and the sensor goes off. The A/C works well for some of the settings but not others. The Bluetooth takes some time to work but works best when the phone is plugged directly into the car. Overall good experience!
