Too many issues and a horrible experience! If you are communicating with a customer in the chat there is no reason for all 3 people involved not to know what was discussed. My interactions with Bilal and Qari were fine but the interaction with Terrence, whom is the person that’s holding the car, was unprofessional. He didn’t have the key where it was supposed to be at pickup. He took his time about answering the door to give me the key. Mind you this is after me standing outside at the airport waiting on the Lyft they arranged that never showed up for 45 mins in 100 degree weather with my mom. For me to then have to pay for my own UBER to the car that was parked on a residential street in Queens and not a long term parking spot location like stated in listing. Then he proceeded to ask me if my license was uploaded which it was an hour before I got to the car. Then I get in the car and it’s dirty. I call Qari and he tells me to tell Terrence and he will take care of it. No, you knew I was coming many hours before I even got there and you didn’t prepare the car?! Then when I called Turo it’s “oh well you can get it cleaned and we’ll reimburse you.” I left with the car due to my schedule only to bring it right back a couple of hours later for return. I leave the key where it was supposed to be left for me at pickup and message them in the chat. Later on that night I get a message about not refueling the vehicle at return. Sir, I used almost 3 gallons of gas so you send an invoice for a $9 gas bill plus convenience fee and you told me you would reimburse for my Uber?! My Uber cost more. The audacity!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Minus the little problems we spoke about everything was great me and my 3 year old lil daughter loves the car and its speed . Will book again
