The car had expired registration and the host told me to deal with it pretty much and he didn't care if I got pulled over. I had to call turo customer care and they towed the car back to the host cause it wasn't legal to drive. Now im waiting 5 business days for my refund... im not a happy person right now

she told me the tag was expired. ..I offered
to swap with another vehicle but she
refused...she left the car somewhere
and Turo towed the car. After 48hours
I still haven't gotten my car back and
Turo charged me 350$ for towing
service that I didn't concern to and
100$ for expired tag.... how is a 50$
one reservation turn into 450$ charge
and a lost car? This is crazy and I don't think you will do that on your car
