Pickup and drop off instructions were extremely easy and straight forward! Communication was Hassle free and received responses in an appropriate time frame.
With this being our first time renting a vehicle ever and traveling to Oregon for the first time, we were a bit worried getting out but as I mentioned it took us no longer than 15 minutes with clear detail instructions to get to the vehicle from the airport.
The vehicle was clean and in great condition overall and a great reliable vehicle to enjoy our trip with no worries of something going wrong.
