First off, car was great and the pick-up process was smooth. I just found the miscommunication for the pickup and drop-off fees at the airport a bit disappointing. I was charged by the host for drop-off fees, which come to find out via Turo he was not supposed to do. However, there was a tire incident while we had the car but the host had covered due to the previous renter had put a plug in the tire that let loose. So I appreciated the communication through that process. Overall, it was a fine rental, just a bit dissatisfied with an extra fee that should have been covered by the host.
