The house was really good at communicating and making sure my trip ran smoothly as possible, even with the minor delay. He was very willing to fix it. Great host with both the car again.

The vehicle was not clean literally looked like someone had just dropped it off. The very next day after pick up the brakes started grinding. By day 3 I could barely stop. Completely unacceptable! The host was attentive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As I stated, when we spoke, we could not replicate the issue of the car barely stopping. Again, this is a serious accusation that we spent a few days investigating, but neither we nor the previous guests can support this claim. Lastly, you said dust in the car is why you said the car was "not clean." Apologies, but during our disinfecting and wipe down of the car, we use paper towels to dry surfaces which may leave "dust. "
