The host is very polite and professional. The car wasn’t the best for my trip, unfortunately. The dark tint is great during the day but, it makes visibility a bit difficult when traveling at night unless the window is rolled down. The windshield wipers need to be replaced as they couldn’t handle the rainy weather very well but, that’s an easy fix. When traveling through rain, the car would skid very often but, the traction feature would automatically engage to prevent sliding. The tires losing traction on wet roads happened very often. The alignment on the car needs attention, I had to hold the steering wheel towards the left to keep the vehicle straight. The A/C is amazing! Again, Eric is a great host, this car just wasn’t the best for me.
