Everything from the start was confusing starting with where to pick the car up at..

Hello I understand your disappointment, we apologize if there was a problem with the pick up. But that doesn’t justify you booked for a day you drove 16 hours to Kentucky and abandoned vehicle in a parking lot.
Car was easy to find after figuring our way to the correct terminal! Shuttle was fast with pick up and drop off coming to and returning to the airport. Car drop off was also easy to do.
Car ran great, in good condition.
Responses to any messages sent to the host was replied in a timely manner.

My first rental through Turo and found the process very smooth - Jesus was great, offered to help in any way he could during my trip and was easy to contact. I found the check in process easy, got straight on the shuttle from the airport to the economy lot where the car was situated. Thank you and would use again!
