The car was very clean. The pick up location was very convenient for me. So I did not meet the host personally on the app and the communications were very good. The trip went very well. I would do this again.

Do not rent this vehicle! The day I picked it up the brakes were grinding ridiculously and the acceleration take off was over hesitant. Two days after me having the vehicle the check engine light came on and it wouldn’t start at times or it would take entirely too long to start up. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable driving this vehicle and neither did my mother with her being an added driver. The host didn’t offer me another vehicle or anything. Just a “you can return it early” and “the vehicle had just recently passed Turo’s recent car inspection” which had to be impossible. DON’T rent this vehicle!!
