Car was great. We came from a cold climate and my son and I loved the drop top. The top retracts and closes in seconds with the push of a button. Host was helpful throughout the trip and extended a couple extra hours without a charge. It is refreshing to see them allow a last-minute extension due to travel changes without price gouging the customer***One Note*** If you are at the Miami airport and reparking the car at the end of your trip, DO NOT use a credit card to enter the garage. If you use a credit card, you will not receive a ticket and it will create issues getting out of the garage for the next customer and the host.
