Dash notification needed maintenance but the car ran just fine. Wasnt the cleanest inside at pickup. Expired tags on the vehicle

The absolute very worst rental ever. This was a combination if a bummy car and bummy owners. Don't let the religious name fool you. These peopl3 are grimey with their cars. I rented first in nov 25...... the car had an issue and I couldn't make it out the parking lot... issue with their tire.... they swapped it with another car and was responsive to my texts... now I rented last week.... within 18 hours the slow leak in the tire resulted in a flat as I was traveling. Had to pull over and wait for hours with KIDS. There no regular sized spare... only a donut... they were not responsive. They wouldnt answer my texts or turo supports calls. It took them days to close it out.... I had to return it within 24 hours rather than being to enjoy my trip.
Then they tried to charge me $350!!! Turo thankfully decided it was not valid. They were to pay for their tire.
Dishonest... they literally ignored me while I was on the side of the road asking for help.... when turo called.... when I called.... but now want to text me since turo disputed their invoice. Crazy work. BEWARE
I would not recommend this guest. The renter completely damaged my tire and has not taken responsibility or provided payment for the damage. Very disappointing experience and poor communication regarding the issue.
