The host was professional, responsive, and communicated well throughout the trip. I did experience some concerns regarding the vehicle’s cleanliness and condition, including issues that did not fully match the listing photos, but the host was courteous and willing to review and address my feedback. Overall, I appreciate the professionalism and communication.

The car was in. Bad condition especially for a 2024 model. Not well kept at all, it seems like it has been passed from 1 rental driver to another without any checks. The bumper was off, the car was dirty, the mirrors were dirty, there was a half used bottle of soda and water in the car on the floor mats. Would not recommend or book this car again.
