Good communication but host likes to push for upgrades. Smooth trip though, no issues.

Car was in good condition, delivered on time and host was super responsive although he did try to collect extra fees outside of Turo

I appreciate the owner’s initial communication, which was clear and timely. However, the overall experience was disappointing. The car smelled strongly of marijuana, which made the rental uncomfortable. Additionally, while follow-up communication started out helpful, it became excessive and felt like badgering due to repeated messages requesting a positive review. Unfortunately, this took away from the experience. Overall, not the best rental experience.
My apologize for the experience, this is not the standard we aim to provide, we have. We have acquired a professional sanitization machine for cars to clean it & remove the Odor professionally, as for the follow-up messages, just wanted to resolve the issue!
Going forward we have made significant improvement
So this kind of experience will be the first & last one 🙂
