Service was great, drop off pick up was easy, but car is old and damaged. Came with 1/2 tank of gas. Likely time to retire this vehicle from the Turo fleet.
Thank you for your feedback. We are always improving our services Per Turo policy, the car should be returned with the same fuel level, not full.
This is a 2014 budget vehicle, there are no damage as shown in the pictures —consider a newer model for a premium price for Premium experience next time.

I rented this vehicle primarily for the convenience of its airport location while traveling with my wife and 6-month-old baby in cold, snowy weather.
The car did drive smoothly, which I appreciated. However, the overall condition was disappointing and did not match the listing or reviews. The exterior had several dings, and the interior was not clean at pickup. We had to wipe down areas in the back seat near the seatbelts before use. There were no floor mats, the driver’s side carpet was heavily worn, and the passenger-side headlight was out, which was a safety concern.
Communication with the host during the trip also made me uncomfortable. I received repeated messages, including pressure about reviews, which took away from being able to enjoy the trip and focus on my family.
I did not cancel at pickup due to the weather and traveling with an infant, but based on the vehicle condition and the overall experience, this rental did not meet my expectations.
