pick up was easy and communication was great. The person responded very quickly. Every time I had a question. The car is good. It is a little older and has high mileage so it doesn’t have some great features like CarPlay and things like that but it’s a nice car and I had no complaints.

Yosef was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. This was my first time using Turo because I was nervous after hearing so many horror stories online, but he made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free.
He was quick to respond, professional, patient, and explained everything anytime I had questions or didn’t understand something. Even when I had unexpected issues with Turo’s online verification/customer service team, Yosef remained calm, understanding, and helpful.
The service was so good that as I was returning one vehicle, I was already picking up another rental from him. That says everything.
I will absolutely rent from Yosef again. Highly recommend.
