The host was very accommodating, especially around drop off and pick up location. The car was clean and smelled great. It’s a hybrid so saved a ton of gas. Considering it’s a 2021, it’s not new and has some cosmetic flaws like scratches and dents outside and a hole on the passenger seat. But aside these minor flaws, the car ran great. No complaints here. Thanks so much for renting us your car!

Not the car I expected.
Second time selecting the mini cooper just to be told. The previous guest is extending their rental or the car is leaking oil. I ha e never seen the yellow mini cooper. They wait till couple of hours before pickup to let you know the yellow mini cooper won’t be available and whatever they give you is called an upgrade. Dirty interior, sinks and scratches.
