Overall the car was good but we had peoblems. The front tires were very bald and it was a heavy rain period so we had all kinds of traction problems, and one of the front tires blew on us on the highway. We ended up having to get the car towed because there was no spare in the trunk and the auto shop when they got it told us that the tire treads were dangerous to be driving on in this weather. Additionally, the brake system light kept going on while driving. So the car clearly needs maintenance but it seems like the maintenance may not being kept up on.

My recent rental experience with Tim was excellent! The entire process, from booking on the app to picking up and dropping off the car, was seamless. The vehicle, a Honda Accord, was exactly as described and impeccably clean both inside and out. It drove perfectly, handling both city streets and highway travel with ease.
Tim was helpful and very understanding when a GPS snafu made us late for the drop off and guided us by phone to the right location. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free rental car experience.
