Good communication with host, easy pickup and drop off. A couple small, creature comfort issues with car (main USB port sporadically worked, passenger side window would jerk down and up on some random occasions, as if to adjust for the convertible roof that wasn’t dropped down) that would prevent me from giving a full 5 stars, but otherwise no other issues with car or host.
