This was probably the most fun i’ve had with a car rental, This M4 is a true sports car and i had a huge smile on my face every time i heard it roar, Erik is also an exceptional host, He met my every need and even offered to extend my ride, 10/10 would love to rent again

Car has problems with a/c. Air will drop randomly on low, and randomly back up upon accelerating. Wasn’t ideal in the heat. Also, once I returned the car, I filled up the tank, left the receipt on the door, and he still went about charging me extra to fill up. Won’t be renting with you again. Disappointed…

No A/C issues were reported during the trip, and after your return, you messaged that it was a “Great car.”
The only issue raised after checkout was fuel.
A receipt does not prove the final fuel level; the timestamped trip photo showed the vehicle was not returned at the documented pickup level, so the reimbursement was submitted through Turo fairly and according to policy.
We treat every guest the same and rely on trip photos, not assumptions.

Both the M4 and the Host were amazing for our road trip!

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
