The host was excellent and the car quite pleasant, and I encountered no difficulties whatsoever. I would definitely rent this car again.

Car was cool and enjoyable! Only downside was that the rules stated no smoking inside but it appears previous renters’ had smoked in there

Unfortunately, not every guest follows our no-smoking rule. We did our best to shampoo and deodorize the car before your trip, and I’m sorry there was still a lingering odor that affected you and your business partners.
We dropped the car at a detailer to get the leather steam cleaned and o-zoned so the smell is 100% gone!
