Great car, and easy pick up

Michael was fantastic to deal with! He communicated amazingly throughout the entire process, and his Tesla was super clean and so much fun to drive. Since we had never driven a Tesla before, Michael took the time to walk us through everything and was incredibly patient and helpful. He made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend renting from Michael and would happily do so again!

The guests were pleasant during the rental and mentioned celebrating their anniversary, while test driving an electric vehicle for their vacation.
Afterward, I received an unexpected electricity bill of nearly $115 for charging. My attempts to discuss the charges went unanswered, and I missed Turo’s 72-hour reimbursement deadline, leaving me responsible for the cost. Hosts should monitor EV charging expenses and submit reimbursement requests promptly.
