Everything went great, and the pickup process was fairly easy. Overall, I had a great experience.
A few suggestions that would make it even better:
* Fix the rattling noise—it was pretty noticeable and could be heard throughout the entire trip.
* Update the listing photos to match the car’s current appearance. The Plaid wheels have been swapped out, and it definitely changes the overall look.
* Add a luggage/privacy cover for the trunk, or consider tinting the rear windows. Right now, everything in the back is visible through the glass, making luggage an easy target for theft.
Other than those items, the vehicle drove well and the rental experience was smooth

Exactly like you want it, the car was parked where it was supposed to be fully charged immaculately clean drove very well. Communication with host was prompt and courteous.
